Returns We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at goodjobfurniture14@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Natural Pearl Disclaimer Our jewelry features genuine natural freshwater pearls. Slight variations in size, shape, luster, and color are natural characteristics — not defects. These variations are not grounds for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

International Returns Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
